Description: Ok, this podcast with Attorney Robert Wood of The Tax Law Channel is NOT about the single claimant issue that we are all eagerly awaiting, but it is about the final regulations as they relate to Section 1.468B-6 which governs trust accounts for section 1031 exchanges. Some of the Summit brokers are involved in this growing niche market which uses the Allstate structured sale product to create a fall back option for failed section 1031 transfers. If you do any structured sales work or plan on doing it, this is a valuable little podcast that points you to resources you need to have.
